Think “hackerspace” tinkerers. This could be truly revolutionary if it’s possible — an internet that’s truly outside of censorship by the government. But would it be outside of censorship by those who created it?
A little censorship might be a good thing. I wouldn’t want it to be a safe haven for darknet type things.
